BDI - We Don't Try. We Deliver.
Most companies say they'll "do their best." Sounds nice. But "trying" is what you do when you can't find your keys. We actually get things done.
Product broken? Service acting up? We'll fix it. Completely. No excuses. Because we don't sell stuff — we sell the feeling that someone truly cares about you.
We treat every customer as a friend. And friends don't leave friends hanging. We'd rather make our boss eat instant noodles for a month than let you leave unhappy. (Sorry, boss — you're a hero.)
Life is short — about 25,000 days, give or take. So why waste even one of them dealing with bad service? Let's make yours better. Right now.
You happy? We're happy. And that's the only bottom line that matters.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Smart Lock I've installed in my Sydney apartment!
After researching for weeks, I finally picked this 6-in-1 smart lock and it has exceeded all my expectations. The installation was straightforward—my handyman had it fitted to my standard apartment door in under an hour, no modifications needed at all.
What I love most is how many options you have to unlock: I mostly use fingerprint when I'm carrying groceries (it recognises my finger in half a second!), facial recognition when my hands are full, and my partner uses the PIN code. The app connectivity works perfectly with our Australian NBN internet— I can remotely let my cleaner in when I'm at work, and check the unlock records anytime from my phone. I was worried about compatibility with our local network, but the setup was super simple and it's been rock solid for 4 weeks now.
Build quality feels premium, the glass touch panel looks really sleek on my black entry door, and it's holding up great to the daily use. For the price point, you can't beat this compared to the $800+ options the local hardware stores were pushing. Highly recommend for any Australian renters or homeowners looking to upgrade from a traditional deadbolt. No more getting locked out after the beach! Would 100% buy again.
As a property manager with 3 rental properties across Sydney, this 6-in-1 smart lock has completely changed how I handle tenant access. No more driving 40 minutes across the city to drop off spare keys, I can send a temporary unlock code to new tenants the second their lease starts, or revoke access instantly when someone moves out. The app logs every single entry so I can keep track of tradespeople coming in to do maintenance, no more worrying about lost keys getting copied.
The combination of face, palm, fingerprint, card, PIN and physical key means every tenant can pick their preferred way to unlock — tradies love using the key cards, older tenants find the palm recognition super simple, and younger renters go straight for the app control. Installation took me less than 20 minutes on my own, no extra drilling needed for our existing doors. It’s been 3 months now and it’s worked flawlessly through those rainy Sydney winter days, no glitches at all. Absolute game changer for Australian rental properties, I’ll be fitting these to all my units this year!
We are a hotel group based in New South Wales. We came across this door lock product by chance, and after purchasing it, we found the installation very straightforward. The customer service team was also very patient in addressing our questions. The lock provides excellent security, and we are pleased to have replaced all the door locks in our hotel with this unified model. If the need arises, we will definitely choose to purchase from here again.
Absolutely love this smart lock! The facial recognition is super fast and accurate, and the fingerprint unlock with one grip is so convenient. The 4.5‑inch screen gives me peace of mind seeing who's at the door. Six ways to unlock means I'm never locked out. Best home upgrade I've made this year!
The camera is okay, not special but probably acceptable for the price. The app, however, is not okay. The camera sends trigger alerts but the app is so slow in showing them it’s almost a waste of time, Sometimes it only shows bits of the clips. I tried their cloud plan and that was no better. I will more than likely try and find a camera that has a tried and proven app .
It’s okay. You can save data via the cloud but there’s a subscription and if you buy the subscription, you don’t realise you’re not getting full functionality so have to upgrade. It detects movement and sound but there’s a lag between the movement and sound. The picture quality is good, I haven’t tested it in night mode yet though. Disappointed about the subscription thing though.
I love these smart door locks. This is my second purchase, the first one I bought for my bedroom door and the second one I bought for the garage internal access door so that if someone walks into or breaks in through the garage, they don’t have access to the rest of the house. There are different ways to unlock the door, such as fingerprint, entering a code, unlock via the app or there’s a key and a swipe card as well.
Product works rather well just the quality of the gimble isn't that great for any fast movements would recommend for slow style movements recording whilst being in a 4wd off road it would still get shaky but rather good for the price
Price reduced a day after I purchased. Poor instructions, lock hangs every few days and refuses to access finger prints or re-register finger prints again. Black box so we don’t know what’s is stored in lock’s memory and what not…
