How to set up my AW1000 router (WIFI change name and password)

1、Connect to the router’s WIFI network using a computer or mobile phone 
device.

2、Open a browser on your computer, enter the login IP address
 (such as 192.168.1.1) that is located on the back of the router.
 3、On the login page, enter the default username “root” and password 
“password” (as indicated on the label), and then click the “login” or “enter” 
button.

4、In the router’s management interface, locate and click on the “Wireless Settings” option.

5、On the wireless settings page, locate the current network name (SSID)
 and enter a new, easy-to-remember and unique name in the designated field. 
Ensure that the chosen name is distinctive.

6、On the same page, locate the Wireless Security section, change the 
encryption method to WPA2-PSK, and enter a new WIFI password in the 
corresponding field below.

7、After modifying the SSID and password, click on the “Save” or “Apply Change” button. The system may require you to confirm the changes or initiate a router restart for the settings to take effect. Please follow the on-screen instructions accordingly.

 8、After modifying the SSID and password, it is necessary to disconnect all connected devices from the WIFI and then reconnect to the new network using the updated SSID and password.
